Server side record problem

I am unable to play flv generated by server side recording.
What could be the problem.

I just got hold of something.
Whenever I record something using server side actionscript and try to play
it using client side actionscript by making a net connection it doesn't
work.
When I restart the services of flashcom then I can play the recorded video.
Why is is so?
