| In my experience it's a problem with the user's sound drivers.. also
happens sometimes with ATI video capture drivers on some systems with a
camera.get

| happens to me with creative WebCam NX Ultras with the lastest (only)
driver : v1.01.03.0112
it happens if the user clicks allow when the cam is not connected. And
sometimes continues to happen even if they plug it in untill they
reboot.
it also screws up any connected (or partially connected) componented.
ie, the browser crashes and the FlashComm server is left with broken
instances of components that that client had opened.
I'm pretty sure that is is a driver problem... this explanation
doesn't make clients happy though.
