Hmm ... ip cam with flashcom. Well, at this moment the best thing to do
is just to forget about it and remember it when FCS2 comes out.

Though - there are ways to do it. Consider the following:

* most ip cams are able to produce static JPG images
* most servers are able to grab files from sources
* many servers are able to run ffmpeg
* ffmpeg is able to grab some jpg images and create a movie
from them
* ffmpeg is able to create flv movies
* flashcom is able to stream flv movies

And there's your IP cam working ehm ... well, somewhat with FCS. I
haven't tried it myself, but you should be able to do something like this.
