I have to organize a golf tournament for a friend. Here is the info:

22 players
21 weeks
Round Robin - every player plays each player once (A plays B once, A plays C
once, etc)
each player plays once per week

I've been trying to set this up for hours and hours, my scripts either don't
work or take years to excecute and timeout (php)

Any ideas of the top of anyone's head?
