Flash and FlashCom study group in NYC

| In case you are in NYC tonight, I thought I'd remind everyone about
our group. We meet weekly to share and discuss Flash development.
Our group is inspired by the design patterns study group founded by
Joshua Kerievsky ( http://industriallogic.com/papers/learning.html ).
Tonight we will be covering the remote method calls chapter in
Programming Flash Communication Server. Remote method calls are a big
part of what makes FlashComm so great. I urge everyone to attend.
Althought "officially" FlashComm centric, tonight's meeting uses
FlashComm as the perfect vehicle to discuss ActionScript development
in general.
If you need an intro to FlashCom, check out this article written by
our very own Jim Phelam.

Lisa Larson wrote a great overview of FlashComm for our site:
http://flashcodersny.org/?p=20
Locatation: IBM Public Space (between 56th and Madison)
Time: 7 to 9 Tuesday May 3rd
Hope to see everyone tonight.

| Oh I wish I could be a fly on the wall there, that's one of my chapters
you'll be discussing!

| I didn't know that is one of your chapters. Does this mean any
unanswered questions resulting from tonight's meeting can be
forwarded to the source ; )
