Author Bandwidth limit exceeded...

I'm having a new issue whereby all of a sudden I'm hitting bandwidth
limit with only 26 people in chat and 7 on cam and NOTHING else is
running (no audio and everyone is limited to 1 cam view 120x120). At
times I can have numbers *much* greater than that but it's almost as if
this error is caused by one rogue user that has the uncanny ability to
soak up ALL the bandwidth. I can't explain it, when I restart FCS the
room can bloat to 80+ with no issues for a few hours or days.

The server is set up to only allow a local connection, ie,. I can't
even test my apps from my Mac, I need to upload and test them from the
server. And looking at the instances I only see the ones that should
be running (SO's, counter and room).

I have FCS set to limit the bandwidth up/down to 150k which I thought
was quite low and safe but this move has done nothing.

Are there other possibilities or solutions?

Sincerely,
Simon
