Ffmpeg is not an option because Sorenson is used in production. I may take
adam's advice and use the onstatus AND an interval check.
Still, this sounds like a bug to me.

I dont think stop event is fired on current time = movie lenght.
I think indeed this strange behaviour may be caused by file corruption.
Try to recompress the file (flv -> flv) with ffmpeg
In any case, if this behavior is frequent, try to use (movielenght - margin)
as a threshold point checked by a setInterval routine
