If I build an fcs-based app, would it be possible to provide users
with the abilty to exchange files between each other? I'm thinking it
would be great if I could have fcs pass variables (ip, file location)
between the users and the software will open up a p2p or an ftp
connction between their computers and they can access eachothers
"shared directory".

I am trying to figure out a way of limiting bandwith used on my server.

yes, no, maybe?
