Author subscribe to a remote Shared Object restricted?

Hi, only for security purpose, does anybody knows if there is a way to
a Flash client to subscribe to a remote shared object but in the
server restrict the subscription to read-only? I mean, have the users
subscribed to a shared object but only to receive information and have
no way someone hacking the swf to be able to change information in the
shared objects using the connection info.

thanks in advance.

I believe you can use Client.writeAccess on the server side to do this.
