Author Why does my FCS crash?

My FSC, which is running 4 differnet apps, crashes sometimes.
>From the log file from right before the last crash, I got several of these

kind of messages:

Exception while processing message : (Adaptor: _defaultRoot_, VHost:
_defaultVHost_, App: multiVchat/_definst_, Type: 9, ID: 1134, Buffer Size:
5690) : (and a whole bunch of numbers)

I dont really know if its a serverproblem or a problem in one of my apps.

Does anyone know of some "usual" places to start debugging this kind of
problem?

Thank you,
Michael

The first plalce to start is to make shure that you
have the latest FCS version! Go to Macromedia website
and download FCS Updater 2 if you haevn't already!

I don't know what to tell you about the log entry!

Connect to the server using the Administrator Console and then go to
the Licence tab. I have installed updater 2 and in the bottom I have
"Version 1.5 r118" I think you should have the same or newer release.
