Why does my FCS crash?

| My FSC, which is running 4 differnet apps, crashes sometimes.
>From the log file from right before the last crash, I got several of these
kind of messages:
Exception while processing message : (Adaptor: _defaultRoot_, VHost:
_defaultVHost_, App: multiVchat/_definst_, Type: 9, ID: 1134, Buffer Size:
5690) : (and a whole bunch of numbers)
I dont really know if its a serverproblem or a problem in one of my apps.
Does anyone know of some "usual" places to start debugging this kind of
problem?

| The first plalce to start is to make shure that you
have the latest FCS version! Go to Macromedia website
and download FCS Updater 2 if you haevn't already!
I don't know what to tell you about the log entry!

| Is there a way to check if its already installed? I dont normally run this
server...

| Connect to the server using the Administrator Console and then go to
the Licence tab. I have installed updater 2 and in the bottom I have
"Version 1.5 r118" I think you should have the same or newer release.
