| We currently have a position open for a Web Designer to join our web
services team at Headquarters, USMC, Marine Corps Community Services. This
position is an NF-04 (pay-banded - roughly corresponds to GS 9 to 12) and is
located at Quantico, VA. We are looking for someone with strong design
skills, experience with web design and the following technologies and tools:
Dreamweaver MX, Fireworks, Flash, Photoshop, CSS, HTML and familiarity with
Section 508. A plus would be any experience with Illustrator, Freehand, or
other tools commonly used in web design and development.
The person filling this position will be working on a team of web
professionals responsible for creating and maintaining web sites (public,
private) and web applications for MCCS at the headquarters level as well as
being a resource to web personnel at installation sites across the Marine
Corps.
Quantico is a great place to work and of course there are the standard
federal government benefits - holidays, leave, 401k, retirement plan, health
& life insurance, tuition assistance, etc.
