Hi,

I am trying to adapt Peldi's CRM (from his blog on www.peldi.com). I have
managed to add an extra webcam window, to make it two way. That's sorted,
but I need a couple more features which I am sure are probably quite easy,
but I am somewhat of a novice when it comes to FlashComm scripting.

Firstly, I need it to make a sound when someone logs in. I have found
Peldi's "Ring" button, but this only works when someone presses the button.
Can this be adapted to work when someone comes to chat.

Secondly, the program is currently limited to one admin user, with clients
put in a queue if there is more than one. What I need is multiple admins,
who can be shown as 'available' or 'busy' and only have a queue when all
admins are busy. Admins should only be able to have one conversation at a
time.

Again, this is probably similar to the standard chatroom user list, but with
only private chats allowed.

I just can't get my head round how to implement all this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Peldi himself recommended you
guys!!!!)

Many thanks

Andy
