| I have tested the tool and it works fine.
the size shrink you declare (30-40%) is only referred to video tracks ?
in any case fine work
I used to use receiveVideo(fps/2) to use the same flv with 2 bitrate
but after fcs 1.5.2 receiveVideo didn't work. With the tool I can
now substitute it
