| I'm assuming the question is what is it doing different than FCS 1.5 and
the answer is a lot. Most notably there is socket migration that takes
place between FMS processes and this is what is affected by these
programs you removed. =20

For any one out there that may have had similar issues: I managed to
get FMS2 to work by uninstalling all programs, antivirus,
netlimiter,googletalk, and some .Net applications, internally built to
create different firewall environments. After having done this and
rebooted I installed FMS2 and it worked. My lap top which did not have
any previous application installed had installed without any issues.

My question now is what is FMS2 doing different to FCS2? FCS2 ran with
all the applications above.

You should not require any admin users in Users.xml to run FMS2. I'm
99.9% sure that wasn't what allowed the services to start. I leave
