Macromedia Flash Developer/Software Engineer

We are currently looking for a professional Software Engineer in the =
Macromedia Flash Development area. This is a permanent position that =
reports directly to the Director of Software Development. In this =
position, you will:
=B7 Participate in all parts of software development cycle
=B7 Generate code according to specifications and business requirements
=B7 Fix bugs and unit test new code
=B7 Write Technical documentation according to business and functional =
specifications
=B7 Support and maintain existing web-based applications
We are looking for an individual with the following skills:
=B7 Extensive experience with creating and deploying Macromedia Flash =
applications (specifically flash video and Flash communications server)
=B7 Advanced knowledge of ActionScript 2.0
=B7 Experience integrating Flash applications with other client-side and =
server-side technologies (via XML, Remoting, and/or JavaScript).
=B7 Experience with ActionScript 3.0 and Flex Framework / Flex Builder
=B7 Knowledge of HTML/DHTML, CSS and JavaScript
=B7 Strong team player, with ability to work in a fast changing =
environment and must be able to adapt working hours according the =
company's needs
=B7 Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to =
interact professionally with a business users, creative department and =
support staff
=B7 Must be good at debugging and troubleshooting problems
The following education and additional experience is highly desirable:
=B7 Experience with live and secure flash streams
=B7 Knowledge of Flash Communication Server programming =
(videoconferencing, chat, etc)
=B7 Experience developing Flash Lite 2 solutions
=B7 Experience developing digital media solutions, using technologies =
such as Windows Media and Real Media
=B7 Knowledge of Java / J2EE (Servlets, JSP)
=B7 Knowledge of XML/XSLTs
=B7 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or =
equivalent experience
