Hey Everyone,

I have an issue with FCS 1.5 Personal Edition. It seems to limit all
applications running on the default vhost to 100kps, I have a dual 2.8Ghz
Zeon with 2gb of ram and a 800kps connection(T1 so both ways). Why is this?
How do I resolve this issue?
