| I have yet to find or here of a vendor supporting or selling a video
card that does such a thing and I have been asking and looking for
several years now.

| Not sure what the video card element has to do with this but there's a
two part answer here.
1) You can do high quality live encoding with Sorenson, it just takes
lots of bits to do it. People mistake high-quality codecs with
high-quality/low bandwidth codecs. I'll make you a stream with either
that will knock your socks off, it's just a matter of how many bits it
takes.
2) As we've remarked on often enough in this list. Live on2 encoding is
a priority for us here at FMS and solving that issue is in progress. I
don't think I can say any more than that without being beaten to death
with monogrammed suitcases, but trust me that we're on the job.

| It would a dream come true... I'm not looking for live streaming but a
dependable capture to On2 codec solution. Our video technique is
capture first, then encode and when we're dealing with 30 minutes
videos it takes almost an hour to get the job done... and lets not
forget FTP'ing.
