I'm giving a workshop on FMS at a conference next month. I'd like to
bring a small computer to run the developer version of FMS as a
demonstration model during the workshop. The workshop is far away, so I
can't bring a large computer. I was thinking about using a laptop.
However, the announcement yesterday that the new Mac Minis can
dual-boot into Windows XP natively got me thinking. Does anyone have
any thoughts as to whether FMS would run on a high-end Intel Mac Mini?

Thanks in advance.

Well according to apple, Windows XP on the mac includes all the drivers and
things necessary to run XP flawlessly... so I don't see why it wouldn't
work.

Well,
Hopefully I will be able to tell you if fms runs on these Intel based Macs,
because I'm installing windows on mine as we speak. I don't think it will be
an issue, but as soon as I know for sure I will let everyone know.

Alden.

FMS runs great on the Intel based Macs running windows, it's just like your
running on a windows machine. It's exciting because there are no limitations
of a Mac now. We finally get the full functionality of windows on an apple,
this was not possible as before you had to use an emulator.
