Dear List,

Today i found (by mistake) the following site:
http://www.jumpcut.com/

i ask you to click on "try it".

it reminds me what bill tried to develop about cutting and managing fms
videos "on the fly".
I think it's VERY cool.
Works very well... and i'd like to ask you if you think it's progressive
download or streamed

Have a nice day,
Dario De Agostini

Progressive only.
You won't get the sync features (drag&drop) so easily if using streams.
Everything is cached, so no need to buffer.

Heavy bandwidth consumer btw=85

Cheers.

it seems to me progressive downloading.
they have a server side cut&slicing application,
then jump from one clip to another client side.
