| if you need realtime delivery....there is no solution now.
if you need on-demand delivery...try using FFMPEG,
but if the FLV has been encoded by Flash Player, you
need Total Converter.

every N seconds they stop and start a new stream (with a different name),
the old stream is encoded to 3gp using FFMPEG
and send to the 3gp delivery channel.
In short, a 3 stage pipeline design.
I have done in the past a similar thing but for other purpose.

I think they record video using FMS,
every N seconds they stop and start a new stream (with a different
name),
the old stream is encoded to 3gp using FFMPEG
and send to the 3gp delivery channel.
In short, a 3 stage pipeline design.
I have done in the past a similar thing but for other purpose.
