| Hello, in order to get Total Video converter to work you will need to have a
soundcard on the server running it. When I ran it on a server without a
soundcard I got the same error that you are talking about.
There is another solution. Nelly Moser has a audio sdk which is available
(for purchase) and it has some special features to support audio/video sync
after conversion. You might try talking with them if your project has a
budget.
