"Java"Doc comments in O'Reily's Programming Flash

I am noticing that some of the samples for the book are in a JavaDoc style.

I'm unaware of a fully functional JavaDoc program for ActionScript. I'm
currently using as2api. Does anyone know what the O'Reily standard is?
