need simple help on AVcomponent shape

| I've been trying to edit the shape of the AVcomponent because I just want i=
t to be square or rectangle without the rounded edges (or edges at all for =
that matter). Can anyone help out a rookie....

| Just enter the library symbol of AVcomponent or its mc instance and edit
it by hands (unlock layers and edit or replace AV MASK).
Communication components are V1 so they all can be easily edited.

i remember seeing in adobe site a upgrade to transform the FCS 1.5 comp in
AS2, but can't find it no more.. i wonder if anyone has the link.
also is there a easy way to know if my comm comp are as1 or as2 ?
