Premiere Global Services has an immediate need for experienced Flash
developers.
POSITION INFORMATION:
We're looking to hire at least one contractor in the short term to
assist with an ongoing project. This contract would be for 60-90 days
starting ASAP with possible extension or permanent position (see below).
Contract rate is dependant on skills and experience. On-site in
Pittsburgh, PA is preferred, but not required.
We're also looking for a full-time position and possibly another
contractor (90-120 days) to work on ongoing and other upcoming projects.
Salary and contract rate is dependant on skills and experience.
Location is strongly preferred on-site in Pittsburgh, PA, with alternate
on-site option in Colorado Springs, CO.
PRIMARY SKILLS:
- Server-Side ActionScript 1.0 (Advanced w/ Flash Media Server 2
experience)
- ActionScript 2.0 (Advanced - Fully Object Oriented approach. No
timeline code.)
- Asynchronous Sockets programming (Intermediate to advanced)
- Client - Server Applications Development (Advanced - written in Flash
or with AJAX would be a plus)
- XML (Intermediate to advanced)
- JavaScript (Advanced - Experience with O.O. JavaScript / AJAX /
Object.prototype object extension)
- JavaScript-Flash communication experience would be a big plus.
IDEAL SUPPORTING SKILLS:
- Cross-browser/platform HTML and CSS
- Java applets with Java-JavaScript interaction
- Java 5 (especially concurrency and nio)
- C# and .NET
- MS SQL Server (TSQL)
- Experience with C++ and the Qt application framework=20
