Author MX 1.5 - Organizing streams

I'm curious as to how you guys organize your streams, for instance if
you're building an application where a client is listening for a
specific stream to begin publishing from another client, or one where
clients need an updated list of all current streams within a certain
naming syntax.

I'll admit i'm new to streams, but the way it looks to me stream
handling serverside seems.. i don't know, a little hard to organize
properly? It's as if asc and streams are separate entities.
This after having read "Programming FCS", i still feel like i don't
really know the logic of stream management.

Any enlightenment?

Cheers,

- Andreas
