It took a few months getting all dependencies packaged and reviewed,
but I'm glad to announce that Perlbal has landed in the Fedora repo's.
It should also be available for Redhat 4 and 5 via the EPEL repo
(http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL) soon.

A yum install perl-Perlbal should do the trick.
Please let me know if you have any issues with the package or it's
dependencies.
