Author Call distribution problem.

Dear colleagues, consider following scenario. We use CCM 4.0 in our
company.
We have four departments. Phones in each department are joined into line
groups,
so customer can dial group number to contact any free specialist in target
group or can
dial explicit DN to contact concrete person. Besides there is a secretary in
each group
who accepts all calls to group number. Since we care about all incoming
calls and try to not miss
them we're planning to implement following ring sequence:
Incoming Call -> Secretary in target group -> All target group members ->
Secretarys of other groups.
The problem is that I can not join secretarys DNs into line group since all
those DNs are already
configured as members of departments group numbers. Callmanager does not
allow to
configure DN as a member of multiple line groups. Is it possible to
implement desribed
ring sequence?
Thanks

Why not have each secretary in his/her own line group and just add
that line group into the hunt list at the appropriate place?

Ryan, thanks for idea, but it is not exactly what I want.
All secretarys phones should ring simultaneously
since in absence of 1st, 2nd and 3rd secretary
4th secretary accepts the call without a delay.
Hunt list if I'm not mistaken allows the situation
when phones in the hunt list ring one after another,
not all together.
