Hi group,
We have recently added a new subscriber into the cluster running 4.0(2a)sr2
Problem we are having is the phones registering to the new subscriber are
not able to call any of the route points on the IPCC 3.5.x
IP phone to IP phone between new subscriber and old subscriber works both
ways.
Symptom is dialing the RP 23000, there will be a delay of about 3-4 secs
then we hear busy tone.
Error message on the IPCC trace log is showing the following:
%MIVR-SS_TEL-3-ROUTE_FAILED:Route failed: All Call

Any tips to help troubleshoot appreciated.
