OK so I have been using a Plantronics USB CS50 testing it with Cisco
Softphone and IP Communicator. It seems that the Plantronics software that
comes with the USB CS50 has some handy features that work with Softphone but
not IP Communicator.
For instance, with softphone and the plantronics software "personacall" you
can actually pickup and hangup a call with the wireless headset.
Cannot do that with IP Communicator as far as I know. Anyone know or have
made the USB CS50 work well IP Communicator?

Look at this PDF, the IP communicator is listed under
the second page of applications and vendors which have
not completed compatibility work for remote
answer/disconnect.
