Different ring tone when line has call waiting enabled

I have been looking for this for over a year!! I don't think it is so
difficult for CCM 4.1(x) to "play" a different ring tone to the caller,
when he/she calls an IP Phone that is busy but has callwaiting enabled!!
Please, can you give an idea on this?
