SIP to H.323 interworking

| Hi, I'm new to the list.
I've been playing with a 3660 loaded with a "voice ip to ip" IOS.
H.323 to H.323 and SIP to SIP calls work great, but I couldn't make SIP
to H.323 or H.323 to SIP calls work.
They ring but at the time the receiving party picks up, it keeps ringing
and never connects.
I've been looking for documentation but couldn't find any examples.
I'm using Version 12.4(4)T (c3660-jk9s2-mz.124-4.T.bin) on a 3660 with
128Mb System Memory and 64Mb flash.
Any suggestions ?
Thanks !
