Am I under the wrong impression that you could put DID's on a BRI?
Qwest say's they don't do that.

It can certainly be done from a technical perspective. Some carriers only
offer it as a backup feature however. That is to say: when a BRI
trunk-group is providing a backup path to a PRI trunk-group, where the
primary route path is the PRI group, and often only when served from the
same central office. CLECs are probably more flexible here than ILECs.

BRI only has 2 channels that must be programmed. PRI would allow DID service.
