| Our Receptionist just reported the directory in AC is not working. How
do I fix that? I just reproduced it on my PC also.

| AC reads a text directory file from its associated CallManager at
application start. If the file doesn't exist, is corrupt for some reason,
or inaccessible on the network, you can see behavior like this. I take it
it used to work? Would suggest familiarizing yourself with this section of
the AC guide to understand better where the file comes from and where to
start looking:

| Or that You may want to look into what caused the problem with the
directory text file in the first place, make sure this isn't a recurring
issue. The file is (re)built when TCD starts.
