| Hi James,
There isn't but you can use the Open Source VoIP recorder oreka to do
this: http://www.oreka.org (it supports cisco Skinny VoIP protocol)
Oreka works by packet sniffing so if you can setup traffic mirroring
(SPAN) to a windows or Linux box, it'll do the job.
Cheers
Bruno

| Never tried it against CME specifically but I'm pretty sure that for simple
Skinny metadata extraction and RTP capturing there is no substantial
difference between CM and CME.

I'm interested ... how does it work?
It's a sniffer? when could I use it if all phones have dynamic ip?
I've already seen the doc, but maybe a practical experience will be
better ...
Thanks for your support

| Hi Andrea,
Yes, it's a sniffer that captures all RTP packets for voice and all Skinny
packets for call control traffic (or SIP for that matter). Having dynamic
IPs does not hurt because ultimately, the call will be tagged with local
party and remote party (i.e. extension numbers) extracted from the skinny
messages. As long as the IP stays the same during the duration of a call,
we're fine (which has to be the case).
If you give it a try, please let me know how it goes.
Thanks
Henri

| Hello,
Cisco Contact Center has recording and monitoring capabilities. But it can
record only on demand, and is intended only for low volumes.
For a centralized call recorder scalable to hundreds of phones, you might
want to try CallReplay (http://www.call-replay.com). It also has call
monitoring & whispering (the ability to listen to an ongoing call and to
say something which only one party can hear) and supports extension
mobility at no extra cost.
