I have a user who is unable to login to attendant console, it is reporting
back "invalid username, please try again". However the user can log into
CCMUser

Any ideas where to start? I dont know much about attendant console.

AC uses a different username/password than CM directory.

In CCMADmin go to Service->Cisco CM Attendant Console->Cisco CM
Attendant Console User.
From there it's pretty self explanatory.

Got it, stupid me.. I thought it was simply a matter of adding a user to the
Global Directory and then setting the CTI Applications usage. We only have
one other person who uses it and well I have not touched setting anyone up
for a very long time. My bad! Thanks for the help.
