I have a client who has outgrown their key trunk system. We have installed a
CME system for them. They currently have 6 POTS lines and are going to
expand that to 9 or 10 come the first of the year.

The question I have is what is the best way to set-up call coverage for
those lines in CME?

Currently I have created a 4 line hunt group:

ephone-hunt 1 sequential
pilot 5001
list 1100, 1101, 1102, 1103
final 6001
timeout 8
statistics collect

Call are covered by three receptionists and they all have the four
extensions listed on their phones. 6001 goes to the AA should no one answer..
Normally on 2-3 inbound calls every happen at once so I am fairly confident
the 4 lines are enough to do what we want.

Anybody have a better solution or a different way that they do it that may
be worth looking at?

Additionally, the client is used to having the phone ring only 4 times after
hours and then going directly to the AA. Anyway given the way I have it
currently setup that I could accomplish the same thing in CME?

Thanks,
