I have a user who has been reporting that she occasionally does not receive
her voicemails. This has been happening intermittently over the past year.
This morning she logged into voicemail and it said she had one new message.
When she pressed 1, it played nothing and immediately to repeat this
message press 1, to save it press 2..etc. She continuously pressed 1 and
nothing happened. In the past, I thought it was just people calling and
listening to the greeting and then not leaving a message. In this case, the
guy called back later and was upset that she had not returned his call. He
had left a long message. Has anyone had this happen. Any ideas on how to go
about pinpointing this issue or what would cause this to happen? We are
running 3.15 unity and CCM 4.0(2) sr 1a. The call happened around 8:30 am
this morning from an external phone number. I sis look at the subscriber
message activity and it showed unknown caller called at 8:29 which
triggered the MWI light to come on but the message was actually blank and
lasted about 1 second.
