Analog line extension

| Hello all,
I have a need to extend 32 analog lines over an IP network with fxs on
one side and fxo on the other side.
I need to set up hotline for each port so that when the phone goes off
hook it connects automatically to the specified port on the other end.
I can't change to ISDN and need to maintain the actual analog
configuration. (I've tried to convice them to change architecture but
it's a no go)
That being said I thought of the cisco IAD, but it seems to only offer
high port density with FXS lines not FXO...
Any suggestions on euipment ?
Thanks
Brian

| HDA FXO module does the highest FXO port density I can think of.
Other than the old 8/16 port fxo cards for the ICS chassis.
