I'm looking at implementing CallRex from TelRex. Looks like a decent solution. Does anyone have experience with it?
I'm also looking at using the Open Source (free) product called Oreka. Does anyone have experience with this product as well? ( <http://oreka.sourceforge.net/> http://oreka.sourceforge.net/)
