Hi, Have CCM 4.1(3)sr1 in lab and trying to get a
attendant console pilot point going and have hunt
group with 2-3 numbers in it (call directory numbers)
and whenever I call pilot point # it is busy. It is
not in a partition, etc and there are no matching
numbers in dialplan. I reset the server many times,
restarted TCD, etc, and the thing is still busy.

DNA shows the number is blocked on it's analysis. In
CCM Detailed traces it shows theres NoPotentialMatches
when the number is called.

Going through some TCD traces now to figure this out,
but thought I'd see if anyone had seen this before.
Not much to the setup and only a few phones on this
lab setup. The ac user exists and has right password
(12345) as I'm able to login with AC fine, etc.

The problem I'm trying to work on is when calls come
into a AC pilot for a client, when they park the call
when it reverts off of park it rings back to the pilot
# and not the users phone who parked the call and
someone else in hunt group gets the call. I'm thinking
it may be one of the service parameter settings but
wanted to confirm it on my lab setup but having issues
with AC.
