New gw missing t1 controller

| We r installing a new gateway. And for somereason the serial show up in the config. But the t1 interface do not. I ran into this some time ago and I think we had to addACmd.

service-module T1 clock source line
service-module T1 framing esf
service-module T1 linecode b8zs
service-module T1 timeslots ? speed ?

| I think I ran into this last week when I brought up two new 2811s. Try
the 'card type t1' command then the 'controller t1 ?' command.
