Hi!

I have a question to the callforwardall feature.
Is there a way to bypass the callforwardall, if the
call is from an internal phone ? I mean without using a second line.
Something like the callforward on no answer. There you can define,
how the callmanager reacts, if the incoming call is an internal
or an external call.

Best regards,
Ahmad

Hi Ahmad,

Within CallManager there is no option to change the behavior of Call =

Forward All. You can use Personal Assistant to allow the users to =

setup routing rules that will allow them to have internal calls ring =

their phone and external calls to ring one or more destinations.
