The readme says:* "Caution*: Do not apply this service release with OS
version 2000.2.7, 2000.4.1 or previous OS release trains. This service
release is only compatible with the OS 2000.4.2 release train."

Did you install 2000.4.2 first?

Candace

Have you gotten CCM and SDL traces of these calls? An OS update
*should* have no impact on how CM call processing works.

If it's getting widespread and you have data for it please open a TAC
case.

Has anyone recently upgraded OS from the 2000.2.7 train to 2000.4.2?

After an upgrade from 2000.2.7sr8 to 2000.4.2sr2 we have been getting
dispersed reports that calls are not rolling to VM after the NoAns
timeout. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Do we need an ES to resolve this?
