IP phones rebooting after upgrade to 4.1(2) and power

Hello,

we upgraded early this week from 4.0 to 4.1(2), and it went almost OK.

But this morning we had a power outage in a room, and the phones in that
room won't boot anymore - they cycle through "Configuring VLAN ->
Configuring IP via DHCP -> Configuring CM List -> Registering -> BOOT
again."

I can reproduce on my test phone - I disconnected it from mains and now it
boot-cycling also.

Any ideas?
