| Can anyone tell me what the characters ABCD are used for in route patterns?

| ABCD are valid DTMF digits, just not commonly used. Most often used
with AMIS to transfer voicemail messages.

| Cool - thanks. I did some google searches and it looks like they're also used for call prioritization.
