Hello,

could a dutch guy on this list please fill me in on the dutch numbering
plan?

I have a customer with two offices, one in Belgium and one in the
Netherlands. Calls from the dutch office to Belgium or from the Belgian
office to the Netherlands will travel over a private IP network and become
local calls in the termination country.

Do all dutch numbers have 9 digits after 0031 (even mobile numbers)? What
about toll-free / premium numbers? Etc.

Thanks in advance

Vincent
