Hi there

Has anyone had issues implementing IPMA with CCM 4.0

Calls routed to the CTI port are ringing busy.. if I cancel the divert
to the assistant the call routes correctly to the manager phone. The
route point is in the IPMA partition and all phones are set to call
EVERYONE and IPMA partitions. The CSS of the RP is set to call MANAGER
and EVERYONE

I have had a look through the traces and couldn't see anything obvious.

any ideas...
