| Hi,
I'd be very interested in hearing what network management packages
people are using to manage large(ish) deployments of cisco phones and
Call Manager\Unity.
Also, I'd be interested in hearing your experiences with CDR mediation
software.

| I've deployed NetIQ Appmanager for numerous customers with great
success.
For CDR I've mainly used a product called "ISI Infortel". Does a good
job at CDR, and toll fraud detection.

| For CDR I deployed MindIPS (www.mindcti.com) so far it's pretty good
for CDR and call mgt....
