Hi everybody,

I am actually searching a way to put some video on IP PHONE.

I want to display on the phone, a picture which will be refreshed every 1 =

second (for 7940 & 7960 models).
Do you know if that kind of service is available ???

Thanks a lot.

Aur=E9lien.

As far as I know, the 7940 and 7960 don't support pictures. You can create=
a webpage in XML to be displayed but that won't be a picture....the 7970 d=
oes however... =

7940&7960 do support pictures, al be it in greyscale and with some other re=
strictions.
You could make a webpage in asp that displays a new image every second (nee=
d to be a very powerfull webserver)...
There are some tools at cisco to convert a bmp to a picture for the phones.

Hi Marc,

Thanks for your reply...

I think the only way to do this kind of service is to capture the video in =

real time and to convert the picture I obtained in png, cip or in data mode =

(binary code) in order to display it on the phone.
And then, I must make that operations every 1 second.

Someone told me that he makes this kind of work but I can't remember who he =

is !!!

Best regards.

That may work, but I would imagine that when you convert to binary it would=
really look bad and not be very usefull on the phone.......

Good luck and let us know how you make out! =
