| Hello,
I have a problem with tow cisco ATA 186 both having
version v3.2. When I try to make a call on my side I
hear that the phone is ringing 3 times and then the
call is disconnected. On the other side the telephone
is ringing 10 times. I belive that the problem is
when one cisco sends a PRACK packet and and it receive
"420 Bad request" from de sip server. Then the call is
disconnected with error "504 Gateway Time-out".

Can someone tell my if this is the problem and
what
can I do to solve it? This problem apears only in
version 3.2.
